Job Description

Responsibilities:

Explain products or services, features, and pricing to customers over the phone.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information to facilitate sales.
Conduct tele-sales activities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Persuade potential customers and close sales through effective communication.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele-sales or as a sales specialist.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with the ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Ability to maintain organized records and update databases regularly.
