Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Technical Excellence

• Perform cosmetology and dermatology procedures in complete adherence to SOPs and medical protocols.
• Accurately diagnose cosmetic concerns and provide appropriate solutions, in consultation with internal experts where required.
• Ensure safe handling and use of dermatology & beauty equipment.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and infection control across treatment areas.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and guide Beauty & Dermatology teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Train staff on new procedures, protocols, and client-handling practices.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability by participating in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

• Participate in in-clinic and external promotional events to drive awareness and maximize sales of dermatology and beauty services.
• Provide expert consultations that enhance client trust, experience, and conversion.
• Contribute to cross-selling and upselling initiatives in alignment with business goals.

Compliance & Operations

• Monitor adherence to corporate SOPs for all treatments.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards.
• Escalate clinical issues or deviations promptly to the Cluster/Regional Head.

Additional Duties

• Support business growth initiatives and participate in corporate-driven projects.
• Carry out any assignments delegated by management from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

• Education:

  BDS with Fellowship/Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology or Aesthetic Medicine.

• Experience:

  2–5 years in dermatology/cosmetology practice (clinic, wellness, or hospital environment).
• Hands-on expertise in cosmetology procedures (lasers, chemical peels, injectables, etc.).
