Operation knowledge on Ticketing tools (Service Now ) Hands-on skill in Microsoft products knowledge (Server 20012 IIS) Networking Knowledge (Basic network and protocols/Network Routing/Network Switching.) Knowledge on Active directory and patch management (Microsoft system Interface) SIEM Tools (ArcSight IBM QRadar etc) Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP and file transfer protocols Knowledge on IDS / IPS Firewall monitoring and change in rule base. Fair Knowledge on antimalware antispam tools vulnerability management Log reviews and security forensic reviews Access review of account to support Audit requirement. Support ISO and other compliance Audit for EPAMs 2- 5 years or above of working experience in Security infrastructures Any certification in IT Infrastructure domain(preferred) Shift May have to work on shift as work demands.
