Job Description

Coordinate import and export operations, including documentation, shipment tracking, and customs clearance. Prepare and manage shipping documents such as BL, AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA agents, and transporters for smooth cargo movement. Ensure timely clearance of shipments as per country-specific regulations (e.g., ICEGATE, DGFT, BIS). Monitor and manage duty payments, HS code classifications, and AD Code-related procedures. Maintain accurate records of all shipments and trade documentation. Track orders and shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status. Handle client communication for order updates, discrepancies, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws and internal policies.
