Import Export Executive

Job description

Prepare and review all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and tariffs.

Monitor and maintain export compliance according to international standards and company policies.

Coordinate the transportation and shipment of goods to international markets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective shipping solutions.

Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transit and adherence to delivery schedules.

Track and manage export shipments to ensure all deadlines are met and issues are resolved proactively.

Maintain and develop relationships with international customers and partners.

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the export process.

Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and shipments.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Assist in the preparation of export quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.

Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure product availability for export.

Monitor stock levels to ensure that international orders are fulfilled on time.

Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and shipments.

Provide regular reports on export performance, including shipping costs, delivery times, and customer feedback

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
