You will be required to liaise with banks for import-related transactions, handle LCs, remittances, and documentation. Effective coordination with internal departments for the smooth movement of goods and information is essential. Keeping meticulous records of all import documentation and transactions, tracking shipment status for timely clearance and delivery, and supporting the finance and accounts team in bank-related operations are key aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in banking operations or the import/export domain. Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and general computer operations is necessary. Strong organizational and analytical skills are crucial for handling documentation in a detail-oriented environment.
