Job Description

Are you meticulous, organized, and experienced in handling import-export documentation? We’re looking for a Documentation Executive with a strong command of MS Office to manage and streamline our international trade operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage all import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments. Ensure compliance with all international trade laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records and reports using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.). Track shipments and update internal systems regularly. Co-ordination and documentation in Excise department will be an added advantage. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in import/export documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel (must be comfortable with formulas, data validation, and spreadsheets). Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs processes, and trade compliance. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
