Job Title: Import Documentation Executive Location: Mulund JSD Road, Ecstasy Business Park, Mumbai-400080 Department: Import Operations Reports To: Import Manager / Documentation Head Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in a Customs Broker (CHA) environment Education Qualification: Graduate from a Government Recognized University Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Import Documentation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Import Documentation procedures and a proven track record of working with Customs Brokers in sea and air import operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Sea and Air Import Documentation , ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Prepare and verify Checklists , upload documents on E-Sanchit , and handle Bill of Entry filing . Monitor vessel and flight tracking to ensure timely arrival and clearance. Coordinate effectively with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, and Console Agents for timely document collection and cargo clearance. Ensure accurate HS Code classification for all import consignments. Monitor Bill of Entry tracking through the ICEGATE portal. Handle compliance and follow-ups for ADC NOC , Dual Use NOC , and CDSCO NOC requirements. Ensure timely submission of all documents and follow up with relevant authorities for approvals. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations . Proficiency in using ICEGATE , E-Sanchit , and other customs-related portals. Excellent coordination and communication skills with stakeholders. Attention to detail with strong documentation and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience with a licensed Customs Broker (CHA). Graduate degree from a Government Recognized University . Familiarity with current DGFT, CDSCO, and Customs policies.
