We are seeking a skilled and process-driven Accounting & Systems Implementation Specialist to support the configuration and deployment of QuickBooks and Zoho platforms, with a focus on procurement workflows, accounting system structure, and client management. This mid-level role is responsible for designing and implementing the full procurement process flow, setting up and managing the QuickBooks Chart of Accounts, configuring multi-level access controls, and managing manager/client profiles and system request workflows. Key responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of client and vendor profiles, as well as accurate order and transaction data entry into the system. The role requires ensuring clean, consistent data input for procurement, invoicing, and reporting processes. You will lead efforts to improve process automation, ensure accurate system integration across departments, and support end-user adoption. Your work will ensure the seamless tracking of requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payments—aligned with accounting best practices and operational compliance.
