Role Responsibilities

• Leading several concurrent implementation projects (number varies by complexity and scope)
• Gathering business requirements and defining project deliverables, milestones, and sprint schedules
• Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, validating scope, and monitoring KPIs
• Proactively managing client expectations around service delivery and timelines
• Identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks and issues
• Coordinating cross-functional resources, tasks, and dependencies
• Documenting implementation progress, including decisions, change logs, and actions
• Delivering training and implementation support to internal and external stakeholders
• Representing client feedback to internal teams and driving continuous improvement
• Providing technical input and demo support for business development initiatives
• Traveling up to 25% across the region for in-person implementation support
