Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to take charge of and execute enterprise-scale application implementation projects for our esteemed clients, primarily leading Banks in India and other regions. As the Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be ensuring successful and timely delivery of solutions with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency. Collaborating closely with both our internal team and the client's team, you will play a crucial role in defining functional requirements, documenting solution designs, and specifying requirements for custom coding, integrations, and reports. Your expertise in Database Management (Oracle/ MS SQL) and Core Banking applications will be essential, along with a solid background in project planning, management, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Define functional requirements and document solution design in collaboration with project teams. - Specify requirements for custom coding, integrations, and reports, and assist QA in creating test cases. - Ensure seamless integration of our application with the client's system, resolving any arising issues. - Oversee installation, configuration, integration, testing, training, and documentation processes. - Monitor project milestones, manage scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables effectively. - Implement stakeholder and team management best practices. - Obtain client sign-off for key project milestones. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in leading enterprise-scale banking product implementations. - At least 4 years of experience in product development, implementation, training, design specification, and system configuration. - Proficient in stakeholder management, collaboration, and project task completion. - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Additional skills in Financial Services or Banking applications are advantageous. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to high standards and continuous improvement. - Ability to take ownership, drive actions to closure, and contribute effectively as a team player. Education: - Graduates / Post Graduates, preferably in engineering from reputed institutions. - 7-12 years of industry experience.
