Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Project Manager, located in Kochi. The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing software implementation tasks. Daily activities include coordinating with teams, communicating with clients, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements and outcomes
• Experience in Project Implementation and Software Implementation
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with teams and clients
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in AI or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
