Job Description

In this role at Rocketlane, you will be responsible for owning and managing customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation. As a Rocketlane platform domain expert, you will set up customers for immediate success and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a customer-first environment. Your focus will be on being result-oriented and data-driven to track platform usage, drive ROI, and improve user experience by analyzing and showcasing customer data. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing videos, emails, and phone calls to support customers during the onboarding and implementation process - Understanding the goals and objectives of new customers and translating their needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process - Working closely with customers and their tech teams to integrate Rocketlane into their tech stack - Training customers in software platform basics and providing progressive guidance throughout implementation and go-live - Tracking and achieving key implementation milestones while reducing roadblocks - Improving product or service adoption by educating users on best practices - Ensuring faster, smoother customer adoption and use of the Rocketlane platform while effectively showcasing ROI and time-to-value to customers - Being flexible to work in US timings You should consider applying for this position if you: - Have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company, preferably in implementations, onboarding, or technical consulting - Possess hands-on experience or exposure to REST APIs and have worked on custom integrations between SaaS platforms and third-party tools - Bring strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail - Are a critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and learn new technologies quickly - Have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about building long-term customer loyalty - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Actively listen, empathize with customers, and are driven to deliver meaningful outcomes - Have demonstrated strong product and consumer thinking throughout your career, balancing user needs with business goals - Possess experience with CRM, ERP, project management, or fintech platforms is a strong plus At Rocketlane, the focus is on building a great product and a positive work environment.
