Implementation Engineer

As a Senior Implementation Engineer at LoginRadius, you will be an integral part of our customer success team based in Jaipur and Hyderabad offices. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their unique use cases and requirements, and effectively communicate technical solutions. You will collaborate with customers to gather and analyze requirements, documenting technical specifications tailored to their specific needs. Working closely with the customer's technical team, you will implement LoginRadius features seamlessly into their applications, providing guidance and support throughout the process. A key aspect of your role will involve developing and maintaining LoginRadius CMS Plugins and Web SDKs, ensuring smooth integration and functionality. Additionally, you will be instrumental in facilitating knowledge transfer to the technical support team for ongoing customer assistance. To excel in this role, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proven track record of working directly with customers. Your troubleshooting abilities, coupled with a deep understanding of PHP, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, or Magento, will be essential for addressing complex technical challenges. Experience with SSO protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and JWT, as well as proficiency in third-party integrations using REST APIs, will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with Identity and Authentication Management systems and prior exposure to SaaS products would be advantageous. Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates with data migration expertise. Knowledge of additional programming languages such as NodeJS, .NET, or Python will be considered a plus and contribute to your overall success in this position.
