Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Previous experience working with Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar F&B Point-of-Sale software products. - Possession of a tertiary qualification in a Technical or Hospitality Management field. - Knowledge of manual Food & Beverage procedures. - Familiarity with relational database management systems like Oracle 12c, 19c Database Server is a plus. - Good understanding of TCP/IP networks, PCs, and troubleshooting techniques. - Proficiency in hardware including Workstations, Printers, and peripherals. Your professional skills should include: - Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in Project Management. - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. - Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in English language. In terms of abilities, you should possess: - Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients at all organizational levels. - Proven track record of working independently or as part of a team within the local office and company-wide teams. - Creative thinking skills to generate new ideas and innovate. - Self-motivated with a drive to succeed. - Ability to perform well under pressure. - Flexibility regarding people, time, and shifts. Additionally, there are some special requirements for this role: - Willingness to work overtime and on public holidays as needed. - Ability to work in shifts.,
