Role Overview The ERP Implementation Executive will play a key role in managing the smooth integration of Power Play software into company operations. The role focuses on coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing accounts within the system, and training employees to ensure adoption. The executive will support both project management and accounting functions, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and effective use of ERP tools. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and lead the implementation of PowerPlay software across departments. Manage and maintain company accounts within PowerPlay and integrate with existing accounting processes. Collaborate with department heads to upload and maintain accurate data in PowerPlay. Record expenses, track budgets, and generate financial reports to support management. Monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables through dashboards and reports. Maintain and update project documentation, MIS, and records for management review. Schedule and organize weekly/departmental meetings; prepare and circulate minutes of meetings. Train team members on ERP usage and ensure effective adoption across departments. Collect feedback from teams to refine ERP processes and improve value delivery. Ensure proper and consistent use of software and technology across all operations. Support management with presentations, proposals, and decision-making data. Build and maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster a supportive work environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
