Role Overview: As an IndusInd Bank Pioneer Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring and managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients. You will be responsible for generating new business through wealth and liability products, as well as building strong client relationships to increase revenue and product holding. Your role will involve selling assets, wealth, and third-party products, providing excellent customer service, managing a client portfolio to prevent attrition, and ensuring compliance with bank processes and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve defined sales targets by selling a range of wealth, liability, asset, and third-party products. - Generate new business by acquiring and grouping family accounts and converting leads into clients. - Deepen relationships with existing HNI clients to increase their share of wallet and revenue for the bank. - Manage a portfolio of clients to de-risk attrition, grow liability bases (like CASA and Fixed Deposits), and maintain portfolio stability. - Provide professional and comprehensive customer service for all banking needs, including investments, insurance, and other products. - Have a complete understanding of the customer base, including demographics, psychographics, and assets held both within and outside the bank. - Adhere strictly to bank processes, procedures, and regulations, with a strong focus on compliance, especially related to money laundering prevention. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or related field. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations. - Professional certifications such as CFP or CFA would be a plus.,
