Immigration Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consulting and be adept at providing clients with expert advice and support throughout the immigration process.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications and supporting documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations in India and abroad.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding their application status and provide updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present reports on immigration trends and client feedback to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
