Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Counselor based in Ahmedabad. The Immigration Counselor will assist clients with immigration and visa processes, providing advice and personal consultation at every step. Responsibilities include assessing client requirements, preparing documentation, guiding them through visa application procedures, and ensuring compliance with changing immigration policies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, supporting clients with relevant queries, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle consultations, provide guidance, and build rapport with clients.
• Organizational skills for managing documentation, timelines, and client records while adhering to immigration policies and procedures.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to resolve client inquiries and navigate complex immigration challenges.
• Keen understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and country-specific policies to offer expert advice.
• Proficiency in using software tools for maintaining client data, creating reports, and managing workflow processes.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction and aiding individuals in their migration journey.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, International Relations, or similar is preferred.
