Immigration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for advising clients on immigration processes, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism, clear communication, and a thorough understanding of international visa and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on immigration options based on their personal or business goals.
• Prepare and file immigration applications, forms, and supporting documentation.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with clients and authorities to resolve any documentation or application issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and case files.
• Provide support throughout visa application, appeals, and resettlement processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely updates and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy or related legal services.
• Knowledge of Canadian, UK, USA, or Australian immigration procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation tools.
