About the Role:

Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients about PR Visa and Work Permit programs, eligibility, and requirements
• Conduct initial assessments based on client profiles
• Guide clients through the end-to-end visa process, documentation, and submissions
• Maintain follow-ups with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Stay up-to-date with immigration policies and regulatory changes
• Coordinate with internal processing teams and external authorities
• Achieve assigned monthly targets in terms of consultations and closures
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in immigration consultation
• Strong knowledge of PR Visa and Work Permit categories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly to clients
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Must be target-driven and customer-focused
