Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Overseas Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for international job opportunities. The role involves finding suitable job opportunities, coordinating with overseas employers and supporting candidates throughout the overseas job application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for overseas job vacancies across various industries
• Coordinate with international clients/employers to understand hiring requirements
• Apply for jobs through job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms
• Co-ordinate interviews and preliminary assessments of candidates
• Guide candidates through overseas job application procedures
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Ensure compliance with international recruitment standards and company policies
• Provide regular updates to candidates and overseas clients
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in recruitment consultancy or overseas recruitment (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of overseas job markets and hiring processes
• Familiarity with visa processes and international employment regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/portals
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements
