Role Overview: As an Immigration Consultant at Kinshu EdTech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for assisting clients with understanding and navigating immigration processes and requirements. Your key responsibilities will include providing advice for visa applications, handling documentation, addressing immigration-related issues, and offering personalized consulting services. It is essential for you to maintain up-to-date knowledge of global immigration laws and regulations to guide clients effectively and professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Expert Documentation Management: Independently prepare end-to-end documentation packages for study visas, work permits, and PR applications with high accuracy. - Handle both individual and family applications efficiently. - Country Program Specialization: Serve as a subject matter expert in filing documentation for Canada, United Kingdom (UK), Australia, Germany, and European Union (EU) work permits and visas. - Quality Control (QC): Perform a final, thorough quality check on all visa files before submission to minimize errors and expedite processing. - Immigration Research: Stay updated on the latest policy changes, document formats, and submission protocols across all primary countries. Qualification Required: - Experience: Minimum 1 year of specialized experience in multi-country visa documentation and case processing. - In-Depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, and EU work permit documentation. - Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills for handling complex case files. - Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. - Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at the designated Kinshu EdTech office.
