Duties and responsibilities of an Immigration Consultant: Primary Responsibilities 1. Immigration Advice: Provide expert advice on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to clients. 2. Application Preparation: Prepare and submit immigration applications, including visas, residency, and citizenship applications. 3. Document Review: Review and verify client documents, including passports, identification, and supporting documents. 4. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide updates on their applications. Secondary Responsibilities 1. Immigration Law Research: Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. 2. Application Tracking: Track the status of immigration applications and follow up with relevant authorities. 3. Client Support: Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process. 4. Collaboration with Authorities: Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies, and consulates to facilitate the application process. Skills and Qualities 1.
