We are looking for confident and customer-oriented professionals to handle international voice support. The role includes interacting with global customers, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Manage inbound and outbound international customer calls
Understand customer issues and provide effective resolutions
Maintain call quality and meet service benchmarks
Accurately document customer interactions
Adhere to company policies and processes
Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Willingness to work night shifts
Minimum qualification: HSC / Any Graduate
