Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Job Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Experience: 2 - 6yrs

Salary: Best in industry + Allowances & Perks

Shift : 3.00 PM - 12.00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
