Job Title: Recruitment Executive Experience: 2 to 5 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Location: Thoraipakkam Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Executive with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle and must be comfortable working in an evening shift. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and roles. Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain recruitment trackers. Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. Coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and operations teams. Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus. 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment). Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with a 3:00 PM 12:00 AM shift (Work from Office). Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
