About the Role

dynamic Facilities & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee

    Administration & Facility Management

    of large offices and ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Liaise with internal departments and service providers for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop

    annual budgets and facility plans

    to align with organizational needs.
  • Lead

    space design & expansion projects

    independently.
  • Negotiate and finalize

    cost-effective contracts & AMCs

    with vendors.
  • Manage

    preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

    for HK, HVAC, Electrical, Fire & Building Automation Systems.
  • Handle procurement of equipment such as

    HVAC systems, UPS, generators, electric panels

    , and related vendor services.
  • Conduct

    MIS reporting, expense monitoring, and cost control measures

    .
  • Manage cafeteria, transportation, and office services.
  • Ensure compliance with

    audits, statutory requirements, licenses, and NOCs

    .
  • Oversee

    vendor statutory compliance

    and coordinate with stakeholders (Legal, HR, Commercial, etc.).
  • Conduct

    risk assessments, business continuity planning, and gap analysis

    .

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of overall experience

    (minimum 3 years in a Managerial Role)

  • Experience in

    Healthcare BPO/IT/BPM industry preferred

  • Knowledge of

    OSHA and environmental regulations

  • Expertise in

    facilities management, safety, and statutory compliance
