About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Salesforce support cases (Service Cloud + Sales Cloud) and ensure timely resolution.
Work on support tickets, bug fixes, and minor enhancements in Salesforce.
Collaborate with business users and support leads to resolve roadblocks.
Participate in UAT, defect fixing, and deployment activities.
Customize Salesforce using
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
.
Ensure adherence to dev-ops, deployment, and release processes.
Maintain technical documentation for support activities.
Coordinate with the Release Manager for code migration and stable deployments.

Must-Have Skills:

3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on expertise in
Salesforce Service Cloud
(Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Service Console).
Good exposure to
Salesforce Sales Cloud
(Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts).
Proficiency in
Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows
.
Experience with Salesforce configuration (
Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules
).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and support skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Salesforce
DevOps tools
(Copado, Gearset, or similar).
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
methodology.
Knowledge of integrations (
REST/SOAP APIs, middleware
).
