Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Secondary Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Connecting with assigned agents via tele-calling.
Building strong relationships to drive business growth.
Meeting sales targets by leveraging agent partnerships.
Supporting agents in daily operations and productivity enhancement.
Assisting on-field Relationship Managers with partner coordination.
Managing channel partners over calls to achieve monthly targets.
Onboarding, activating, and training new agents.
Providing product and platform training (POS systems).
Gathering agent feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Addressing partner inquiries with timely and satisfactory solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Languages:
Fluent in
Telugu
&
Kannada
(mandatory).
Education:
Graduate (Bachelors) or Postgraduate (Master’s).
Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship management abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated.
