Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. The responsibilities include team management, devising sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a strong understanding of the luxury property market in Gurgaon. Collaborative efforts with senior management and contributions to organizational growth strategies are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Client Acquisition, and meeting revenue targets
• Strong skills in Team Leadership, Strategy Development, and performance management
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations
• Knowledge of the luxury real estate market and experience in property sales is preferred
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a competitive environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales workflows
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate or similar industries is an advantage
