Job Description

Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales and Marketing teams.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure sales team alignment with campaign objectives.
Track leads generated by marketing and share with sales teams, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update sales & marketing trackers, dashboards, and reports.
Support in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives/events.
Assist sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, and collaterals.
Ensure proper documentation of client leads, campaign performance, and sales feedback.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Schedule and facilitate regular coordination meetings between sales and marketing.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+years of experience in Sales/Marketing Coordination, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to work across departments.
