Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Legal Advisory

Provide day-to-day legal advice
Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Advise on corporate, commercial, labor, and other applicable laws.

2. Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and service agreements.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain an organized contract repository and track renewal timelines.

3. Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support statutory filings and coordinate with compliance teams.
Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the business.

4. Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and arbitration matters.
Prepare documentation, briefs, and reports related to disputes.

5. Policy & Documentation

Draft and update legal policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
Manage legal documentation and maintain proper records.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with internal departments to support business requirements.
Coordinate with regulators, government authorities, and external partners as needed.
