Key Responsibilities and Skills: Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies, set and achieve sales targets, monitor and analyze sales performance, and drive market penetration. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, set individual targets, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, develop and maintain relationships with key clients, and oversee the end-to-end loan application process. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and manage loan risk. Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations, including loan origination, documentation, disbursement, collections, and customer service. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, analyze market trends, and utilize data to drive decision-making. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the branch's budget, expenses, and financial performance. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads through DSAs and connectors, and develop strategies for business growth. Knowledge and Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and in-depth knowledge of LAP products and the financial services market. Preferred candidate profile Experienced in DSA vertical Team Handling Credit, Collections & Sales CIBIL not less than 700.
