Roles and Responsibilities

Manage affordable housing projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the affordable housing segment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies for affordable home loans products.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in Affordable Housing or related field (Team Handling).
Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and policies (e.g., Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana).
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish (Team Handling).
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (Team Handling).
Ability to analyze data effectively to inform business decisions.
