IGA/IAM Specialist

Demonstrate hands-on experience of implementing, operations support and leading:

o          SailPoint IIQ tool including,

o         Active Directory

o          Non-Human accounts

o          Access reviews

o          Reporting

o          Workflows

o          Rules & Policies

o          Forms

o          Synchronization

o          REST APIS

o          Reconciliation

o          Password Sync

o          Provisioning/De-Provisioning into Active Directory, SAP, webservices and other resources

Must have experience in operations support, development projects and must be comfortable troubleshooting issues on SailPoint IIQ, Linux, Java and AD and have leadership qualities and experience.

Should have experience with ITSM tools usage and good-to-have if experienced in other IGA tools like ISC, Okta IGA, Saviynt etc.

[Primary Skills]:

- Must have experience in development & operations support of SailPoint IIQ along with experience of ITSM tools usage.

- Experienced at coding in Java and shell scripts using SailPoint IIQ along with reporting and access reviews.

- Candidates having experience integrating with multiple applications/connectors like AD, Workday, SAP, webservices etc and/or with leadership experience will be given strong consideration.

- Clear understanding on end-to-end Joiner/Mover/Leaver process (Both functionally & technically).

- Experience in either defining or solutioning migration of any IGA tool (like to SailPoint ISC, Saviynt or Okta IGA).

- Understanding the current market trends related to Identity Governance, Identity & Access management and ability to rationalize.

[Good to have Skills]:

• Certified in SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer certification exam or similar.
• Knowledge of other IGA tools like SailPoint ISC, OIM, Saviynt, Okta IGA or similar tools.

• Leading team on the development & operations part by designing solutions and assisting in support-enhancements at an overlapping shift time and regular shift time when required.
• Ability to deal with leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Clear understanding on end-to-end Joiner/Mover/Leaver process (Both functionally & technically)
• SailPoint IdentityIQ operations & development expertise in AD and related technologies.
• Defining or solutioning migration of any IGA tool
