Skill required: Delivery - HR Analytics Designation: I&F Decision Science Practitioner Analyst Qualifications: Any Graduation,Any Graduation Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years What would you do? Data & AIA set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.
