You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data, build performance dashboards, and deliver clear analytics outputs across acquisition, conversion, and retention journeys. You will help identify tagging gaps, troubleshoot data issues, and strengthen reporting frameworks across markets. You will also support continuous improvement by standardizing measurement approaches, enhancing reporting processes, and contributing to automation/efficiency initiatives across analytics operations.
What are we looking for?
3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, performance reporting, or marketing analyticsHands-on working knowledge of Adobe Analytics / GA4 (events, parameters, explorations, funnel analysis)Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and reportingWorking knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulationBasic understanding of tagging concepts, UTMs, tracking setup, and debuggingStrong analytical mindset with experience handling large datasetsAbility to build dashboards, recurring reports, and performance summariesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and strong data QA disciplineAbility to work in fast-paced, multi-market environments with tight timelinesCertifications in Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio and SQLExposure to SEO, media, CRM, or marketplace analyticsExperience with CRO tools like Hotjar, Contentsquare, or session replay platformsKnowledge of QA practices, version control, and documentation standardsExperience working with global teams and English-speaking stakeholdersUnderstanding of marketing technology ecosystems (GTM, CMPs, CRM platforms)Exposure to consumer journey analysis or funnel performance measurementStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior and other levels of staff in all departments
Roles and Responsibilities: Support end-to-end analytics delivery:data extraction, validation, processing, and report building Perform tagging and tracking checks, identify data issues, and escalate inconsistencies to specialists/managersBuild regular dashboards and performance reports using GA4, Power BI, or similar toolsAnalyze channel-level and campaign-level performance trends across the acquisition - conversion – retention funnelAssist in identifying optimization opportunities based on digital performance insightsMaintain documentation, taxonomy sheets, parameter lists, and measurement governance standardsConduct regular QA checks to ensure accuracy of events, parameters, and digital KPIsSupport multi-market analytics tasks by preparing datasets and updating reporting frameworksContribute to ad-hoc analysis requests with clean, accurate, and well-structured dataStay updated on changes to analytics tools (GA4 releases, platform updates, tagging guidelines)Assist in synthesizing findings into simple charts, summaries, and initial insight narrativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (media, creative, CRM) to support measurement and reporting workflows
