Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all core departments, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of the hotel or restaurant.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of all core departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
