IELTS Tutor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated IELTS Mentor to guide students in preparing for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam. The ideal candidate will have strong command over English, experience in teaching IELTS modules, and the ability to motivate learners to achieve their desired band scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS training sessions for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Prepare customized lesson plans and practice exercises according to students’ needs and target scores.
• Teach effective test-taking strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
• Assess students’ performance through mock tests, feedback, and regular progress reports.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring to improve weak areas.
• Develop study materials, worksheets, and practice tests.
• Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns, changes, and scoring criteria.
• Encourage and motivate students to build confidence in using English in academic and professional settings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
• IELTS score of 7.5 or above (preferred) OR prior experience as an IELTS trainer.
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Prior teaching or training experience in IELTS / English language coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle individual and group classes.
• Patience, adaptability, and motivational teaching style.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with both Academic and General Training IELTS modules.
• Experience in online and offline teaching platforms.
• Ability to design engaging study materials and interactive sessions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
