Key Responsibilities

Instruction: Deliver comprehensive lessons covering all IELTS components, employing diverse teaching methodologies to address varying student needs.

Assessment: Administer regular practice tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.

Individual Support: Offer personalized coaching to address specific challenges, enhancing students' confidence and competence.

Progress Monitoring: Maintain detailed records of student attendance and progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is typically required.

Experience: Prior teaching experience, especially in IELTS or English as a Second Language (ESL), is highly valued.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Adaptability: Skill in customizing teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.

Interpersonal Skills: Capacity to build rapport with students from various cultural backgrounds.

Organizational Skills: Proficiency in planning lessons and managing time effectively.

*High preference to the candidates in Calicut region, or candidates ready to relocate to Calicut seeking for a long-term job*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Puthiyara, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
