IELTS Faculty

We are now expanding our academic training team and looking for passionate IELTS Faculty members to join us. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-quality IELTS training sessions (both Academic & General Training) in line with the latest exam formats. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests. Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement, providing personalized feedback. Monitor students’ progress and maintain accurate records. Stay updated with the latest IELTS test patterns, scoring criteria, and best teaching practices. Create a positive, motivating, and student-friendly learning environment. Support students with strategies for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the IELTS test structure, scoring, and preparation strategies.
