Identity Management Analyst

Critical Skills to Possess:

   4+ years of experience with Symantec (Broadcom's) Identity Manager (IDM) or equivalent product development and configuration

   4+ years of experience developing workflows, custom connectors, and troubleshooting issues with CA IDM or similar technology

   3+ years of experience development experience using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and XML. o 4+ years of experience with Linux and Windows platforms

   4+ years of experience in data security practices and procedures, including systems analysis, authentication technologies, and access controls. Priorities will be given to those with expert knowledge and skill in UNIX/Linux system administration and scripting, and Directory Services/LDAP

   4+ years of experience with Oracle 12c/19c or SQL Server Database is required

   3+ years of experience in programming in Java to design, code and deploy REST/SOAP API?s

? Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting CA/Broadcom Identity Manager in a enterprise environment.

Bachelor?s in engineering, Computer Science, or related field

? Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of Symantec (Broadcom's or CA?s) Identity Manager architecture, components, and functionalities including Directory, Provisioning and Connector server o Proficiency in CA Identity Manager administration console

• Understanding of CA Identity Governance features

• Strong knowledge of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and authentication protocols.

• Experience with CA Identity Manager connectors and drivers for integrating with various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, databases, applications).

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript) for automation.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). o Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP). o Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle).

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Provide day-to-day operational support for CA Identity Manager and Governance, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance monitoring.

o Analyze and resolve complex issues related to user provisioning, de[1]provisioning, access certification, and password management.

o Monitor system health, identify potential problems, and proactively take corrective actions.

o Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures.

? Automation and Scripting:

o Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks, such as user provisioning, password resets, and report generation.

o Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.

? Maintenance and Upgrades:

o Plan and execute regular maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and backups.

o Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure smooth integration with CA Identity Manager.

o Stay current with the latest CA Identity Manager releases, patches, and best practices.

? Security and Compliance: o Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.

o Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments.
