4 years of experience with Symantec (Broadcom's) Identity Manager (IDM) or equivalent product development and configuration 4 years of experience developing workflows, custom connectors, and troubleshooting issues with CA IDM or similar technology 3 years of experience development experience using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and XML o 4 years of experience with Linux and Windows platforms 4 years of experience in data security practices and procedures, including systems analysis, authentication technologies, and access controls Priorities will be given to those with expert knowledge and skill in UNIX/Linux system administration and scripting, and Directory Services/LDAP 4 years of experience with Oracle 12c/19c or SQL Server Database is required 3 years of experience in programming in Java to design, code and deploy REST/SOAP API?s Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting CA/Broadcom Identity Manager in a enterprise environment Bachelor?s in engineering, Computer Science, or related field Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Symantec (Broadcom's or CA?s) Identity Manager architecture, components, and functionalities including Directory, Provisioning and Connector server o Proficiency in CA Identity Manager administration console

Understanding of CA Identity Governance features Strong knowledge of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and authentication protocols Experience with CA Identity Manager connectors and drivers for integrating with various target systems (, , Active Directory, databases, applications) Proficiency in scripting languages (, , PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript) for automation Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) o Experience with directory services (, , Active Directory, LDAP) o Knowledge of relational databases (, , Oracle) Preferred Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
