ICT Support Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, network devices, and printers.
• Manage VMware, Proxmox and Windows Server 2025 Active Directory environment
• Provide technical support to our staff and troubleshoot system and network issues.
• Assist in managing backups, security updates, and patches.
• Document IT processes and maintain an inventory of all hardware and software resources.
• Work closely with the Head of IT to roll out new applications and test systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, virtualisation and networking.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to provide end-user support.
• Familiarity with Windows & Linux Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to upskill within the IT field.
