Getting update on every applicable Industrial, Labour and Environmental based regulatory and legislative changes and ensuring that developments in rules and policies are restructured and commensurate to industry practices, articles, policies, and systems. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, as required. Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities, audits, and investigations. Liaison with Regulatory Authorities: Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring the company meets all necessary reporting requirements. Coordinate audits by regulatory bodies and ensure timely resolution of findings. Qualification: Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related field (Masters or Law degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a regulated industry. Having adequate work experience in compliance of legal requirements and control in various statutes under Industrial, Labour and Environmental laws with excellent communication skills.
