ICS Solution Architect HR (SAP SuccessFactors)

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst in AGFA's ICS team, your role will involve supporting the global HR department by enhancing HR processes and systems to ensure the best employee experience. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules will be crucial in providing expert support to optimize various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert support in the use, evolution, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, OnBoarding, Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals, and Succession Planning. - Collaborate with HR to understand requirements and implement effective solutions, potentially working with outsource IT implementation partners. - Lead the evolution and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors to align with changing business needs. - Design and assist in building integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. - Resolve complex and high-severity incidents to ensure seamless operation of HR business operations and SAP SuccessFactors. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures to serve as the knowledge keeper of SAP SuccessFactors. - Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements to deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with HR and IT teams. - Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with outstanding presentation skills. - Proven track record of at least 2 successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations focusing on Employee Central and OnBoarding. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, with a focus on Employee Central. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions. - Possession of SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) would be advantageous.
