Applications Specialist

As an Applications Specialist at Agfa Radiology Solutions Division in Delhi City, you will play a vital role in the Pre and Post Sales Applications team. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting customer demonstrations for DR (Digital Radiography) systems - Supporting the Sales team in pre-sales product presentations - Providing technical representation in exhibitions, customer sites, and to channels - Assisting the Sales team in the tender submission process - Benchmarking competing products in the industry - Assisting in Product Training - Serving as the single point of contact for expert help on the technical performance of the products In the Post Sales phase, you will be responsible for: - Providing Applications support for Agfa Radiology solutions in the region - Resolving technical issues by regularly visiting onsite or through remote support - Training customers on the best practices for product usage and documenting feedback/sign off - Continuously updating and upgrading knowledge about Imaging Solutions - Completing Time Reporting accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in radiology - Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Application Specialist in Radiology Product companies - Experience with Fluoroscopy equipment is preferred - Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and good networking skills - Ability to work positively with others in a customer-service oriented manner - Drive and determination to achieve results within the set time and expectations,
