Applications Specialist

Role Overview: As an Applications Specialist at AGFA in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in the Pre and Post Sales Applications team. Your responsibilities will include customer demonstrations for DR (Digital Radiography) systems, supporting the Sales team in pre-sales product presentations, technical representation in exhibitions and customer sites, support in the tender submission process, benchmarking competing products, assisting in product training, and being the expert point of contact for technical performance of the products. Additionally, you will provide post-sales applications support for Agfa Radiology solutions in the region, resolve technical issues through onsite visits or remote support, train customers on product best practices, and stay updated on Imaging Solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct customer demonstrations for DR systems - Support Sales team in pre-sales product presentations - Represent technically in exhibitions, customer sites, and channels - Assist in tender submission process - Benchmark competing products - Provide product training - Address technical performance queries - Provide post-sales applications support - Resolve technical issues onsite or through remote support - Train customers on product best practices - Stay updated on Imaging Solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in radiology - Minimum 5 years of experience as an Application Specialist in Radiology Product companies - Experience with Fluoroscopy equipment preferred - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills - Positive and customer-service oriented approach - Ability to drive results within time and expectations Additional Details: AGFA is a leader in Radiology Solutions, and the Applications Specialist role in Delhi offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the Pre and Post Sales Applications team.
