Job Description

Hiring: ELV / IBMS Engineer (1–2 Years Experience)

Location:

Notice period - 15 days

ELV / IBMS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, installation, testing & commissioning of:
  • Fire Alarm System (FAS)
  • CCTV
  • Access Control System
  • Public Address System (PAS)
  • Building Management System (BMS)
  • Smart Parking Management Systems
  • Integration of ELV systems into

    IBMS platforms

  • Handling system integration using

    BACnet, LON, Modbus

  • Coordination with site teams, vendors, and contractors
  • Support during execution, troubleshooting, and handover

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Exposure to

    site-based execution in construction projects

  • Understanding of

    ELV & IBMS system architecture

  • Working knowledge of

    BACnet, LON, Modbus protocols

  • Advanced knowledge of networking

    (IP addressing, switches, VLANs)
  • Basic knowledge of

    database technology & integration protocols

  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical documents

Qualification:

  • BE / Diploma in

    Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
